The challenge

Movie fans are overwhelmed by the sheer volume of titles available. There was no quick way to search a film, see its details, and save favorites — most people bounced between sites or lost recommendations in chat apps.

The solution

We built AK Movie Search App, a responsive web app powered by the TMDb API. Users can search movies, view rich details, and save favorites to a personal account secured with Flask-Login authentication — one convenient place to discover and track films.
